The apartment has a private terrace, as well as a terrace on the roof that has a pool, common area and barbecue.

It has a bedroom, and in the living room a sofa bed, ideal for 3 people.

By booking you accept the following conditions.

1) You must send us within 24h of your reservation a photo of the official identification of each occupant of legal age. This request is very strict for us, if we don't receive it, we may have to cancel the reservation with penalty.

2) Additional guests cannot stay other than those of the reservation.

3) Events and parties are not allowed. After 9pm, please moderate the noise and music.

4) Electricity. For stays of 14 nights or less we include 15kWh per night. The surplus will be charged at 6 pesos per kWh and must be paid in cash or transfer on the day of departure. For stays of more than 14 nights, electricity will NOT be included.

Thanks for your interest. In some of our units we do a personalized check-in and in others an autonomous check-in. Prior to your arrival we will coordinate the mechanical welcome.
