No parties or excessive noise will be tolerated. As of 9:00 p.m. m., by favor, minimize the noise and the music. Our unions are ideal for families, couples and relaxation. First of all, we cancel the reservation and request that we cancel the unit.
This space is managed by CoralEscapes, a professional vacation rental company. All of our units have basic criteria of services, cleanliness and equipment. We have special prices for stays of 1 month or more, contact us before booking!
By reserving this unit you accept the following conditions.
1) Additional guests cannot stay other than those in the reservation. Make sure to register all the guest as our prices vary according to the occupants. Unfortunately dues to the condominium policies, visitors are not allowed (for specific situations, we can sometimes make an exception, contact us to validate)
2) We might provide shampoo, soap, cleaning products and basic consumables only as a welcome amenity but those not products should not be considered as included during the stay.
3) As per condominium regulations, within 24hrs of your reservation we will need the names of each occupant to complete a registration. This request is very strict for us, if we don't receive it, we may have to cancel the reservation.
4) All our units are non smoking, please smoke outside in designated areas. Thank you! A fine of $1,000 pesos will be applied if smoking is found inside the unit.
5) Check-In/Check-Out. Please respect the check in and check out time windows. We offer early check-In and late Check-out for $400 pesos per event. It is important to respect the check out time as we most likely have guest arriving. An hourly fine of $1,000 pesos will apply for non programmed late check outs.
6) Electricity and internet service may be intermittent. These services are provided by third parties, so any failures, interruptions, or variations are beyond the host's control. Similarly, any issues related to the condominium are outside the host's control (such as pool maintenance or repairs to the condominium or amenities).
- All the communication must be via the message app. Our agents are online every day from 9am to 11pm (central standard time). We want you to have a pleasant stay and if there is anything we can do to improve the experience, please let us know.
