Altomar is on a hillside in the 5 de Diciembre neighborhood. Access involves an uphill route, which is important to consider when planning your stay. There is no assigned parking; any street parking is subject to availability.
Located at Altomar Condominios in the iconic 5 de Diciembre neighborhood of Puerto Vallarta, this location perfectly blends the natural tranquility of the hills with vibrant urban life.
Environment and Nature: Situated in the upper part of the neighborhood toward the El Cerro area, the surroundings stand out for their lush tropical vegetation, quiet atmosphere, and attractive scenic views.
Proximity to Key Spots: Within a short walk, you can easily access the beach, the famous boardwalk (malecón), a wide variety of restaurants, local coffee shops, markets, and nightlife or cultural options.
Connectivity: Enjoy a private residential feel while maintaining easy access to main roads and public transit routes that facilitate mobility to any point in the city.
We don't have parking space.
This space is managed by CoralEscapes, a professional vacation rental company. All of our units have basic criteria of services, cleanliness and equipment. We have special prices for stays of 1 month or more, contact us before booking!
By booking you accept the following conditions.
1) Guests other than those listed in the reservation are not permitted to stay. Visitors are not allowed. Please ensure all guests are registered, as our rates vary based on the number of occupants.
2) As per HOA regulations, within 24hrs of your reservation we will need the names and official identification of all adult occupants to complete a registration. This request is very strict for us, if we don't receive it, we may have to cancel the reservation.
4) Electricity. For stays of more than 14 nights, electricity will NOT be included and will be charged at 6 pesos per kWh payable before departure.
5) All our units are non-smoking; please smoke outside in the designated condominium areas—not inside the apartment or on the balcony. Thank you! A fine of $500 MXN will be charged for smoking indoors.
6) Electricity and internet service may be intermittent. These services are provided by third parties, so any failures, interruptions, or variations are beyond the host's control. Similarly, any issues related to the condominium are outside the host's control (such as pool maintenance or repairs to the condominium or amenities).
7) Please take care of the key/access card/bracelet; if you take it with you, you have the option to return it by 2:30 p.m. on the same day. Otherwise, or in the event of loss, there will be a charge that will be billed directly to the client.
8) It is important to check out by 11:00 a.m., as specified in the listing. Failure to do so will result in a fine of $500 pesos for every half-hour past 11:00 a.m.
9) Parties and excessive noise are not permitted after 9:00 PM; please keep noise and music to a minimum. Our units are designed for families, couples, and relaxation. Upon receiving the first complaint from neighbors, security, or the condominium management, we will be forced to cancel the reservation and require you to vacate the unit, in addition to charging $500 pesos fine for the inconvenience.
10) Please remember to turn off the lights and the air conditioning when checking out. If they are left on, a fine of $500 MXN will be charged.

- Glass containers are not allowed in common areas.
